AIL Group, based in Rathmines, Dublin, is one of Ireland's largest restaurant franchising companies with over 140 restaurants operating in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Our restaurant brands – Abrakebabra®, Bagel Factory® and O'Briens® – are the leaders of the kebab, bagel and sandwich food categories. Enjoyed by over 8 million customers in Ireland last year.

We are proud to have over 35 years experience in food retailing and franchising. We continually attract potential franchisees who wish to work for themselves but not by themselves. Our franchise network has franchisees from all walks of life and also long term franchisees, some have been with us since the start.
Our goal is to continue to build three iconic brands that people trust and recognise. We continue to evolve Abrakebabra, Bagel Factory and O'Briens into more relevant, engaged, connected and caring brands. We will focus on sharper brand positioning and insight-driven marketing programs by concentrating on these key areas: more product customization, more transparency, leading innovation and more engagement through social media and digital. We also remain focused on the three keys to driving franchisee value: new-unit development, same-store sales growth and generating high returns on invested capital.
Importantly, we’re extremely proud of the 1200 jobs provided to local communities and the unique culture we’ve built, one that’s filled with energy, opportunity, and fun. Our Charity Partner
Every charity has its own unique merits and funding requirements. The AIL Group have proudly selected Laura Lynn - Ireland's Children's Hospice, as our chosen charity partner.
Since opening in 2011, Laura Lynn has cared for more than 325 children and their families. Providing more than 275,000 hours of short stay care to children in the Laura Lynn Hospice.
